The setting was top and quiet, just next door to great restaurants, Cuzco and the city centre of wonderful Cuzco, super friendly and very helpful staff. Overall it was perfectly clean and tasteful exactly as on the picture.

I stayed for a few nights while exploring the nearby attractions such as the Plaza de Armas and the Museo Inka, both just a short walk away. The best part was definitely the cozy atmosphere of our family room and the clean, well-maintained bathroom. I also appreciated that the staff were always there to lend a helping hand whenever needed. It was a good experience being in the historic heart of the city.

Accommodation was stunningly beautiful and fairly clean, rooms were spotlessly clean. The staff were helpful and top-class lot of the time. Units exactly as on the picture. Had a really unforgettable stay here.

Location: the hotel was right by all the highlights, wonderful Cuzco and the cities great restaurants and centre. The room was quiet and tasteful, had multi-channel TV and a writing table: D

The Twin Room had a tv, powerful shower, and comfy bed. Loved the private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer. Enjoyed the hardwood floors and closet space. Breakfast was decent, and the spa facilities looked nice. Staff was super sweet.

Kokoa hotel really exceeded my expectations . The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were accommodating, letting us check in early. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the plaza de armas, yet tucked away in a quiet street.
